I don't know anyone that doesn't love a good candle. The punch those little products pack *chefs kiss*. Candles have this amazing ability to not only make a place smell good, but feel good as well. In my opinion, you can never have too many of them, in your space! I use them as a form of therapy. They really help me to relax and be present.

I decided, for this Pick 10, to share some of the candle brands that I love and some that my friends swear by, but I haven’t been able to check out just yet. So, if you’re a candle lover, you’re at the right place at the right time. You may be into soft subtle scents, outdoorsy smells, airy, spicy, flowery, fruity, or even scents that make you feel like your space has been invaded by a good smelling man; with the holidays coming up, these are perfect gifts and great purchases to make your living space feel even more comforting this season. Copper Wings Candle Company. This company was started when curiosity was peaked after a friend shared an unfortunate event that she experienced when burning a candle. The founder began looking into the process of candle making and (aside from fire) what can cause them to be a danger in the home.

She was inspired to start creating non-toxic coconut wax candles; made with essential oils. She pours them personally in small batches to make sure that every single one is created safely and with love.

Rhythmic Wicks Candle Co. is where candles and music become "one". They aim to provide the missing piece of our self-care routine! I love the idea of creating scents around music/songs. Music is such a big part of our lives and pairing a scent with a song is genius!

Unlax Candles. Fueled by the meditative process of candle making, UNLAX Candles was born in 2019. Knowing that anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness amongst us; and struggling to relax is really a common thing, the founder intentionally sought to create a tool to help people begin addressing those issues. It became her purpose and mission to tell her story. Her goal was for us to know that we are not alone. It was a candle’s flame that helped to soothe her soul, reduce stress and increase her self-awareness. She loved that her candles could do the same for other!

HER SHOP IS CURRENTLY CLOSED, DUE TO A MENTAL/EMOTIONAL WELLNESS BREAK, but I still wanted to include Unlax (Unwind + Relax) for anyone reading, so that when she reopens we can continue to support this amazing mission.

What I truly love about each of the ten brands, is that they all create with wellness, storytelling, and safety at its core. I didn’t mention how good-looking each brand is, but that cannot be missed. These candles will for sure sexy-up a space!
